Holbein Artists' Colored Pencil Blender is a colorless pencil that adds luster to your drawing surface. Applied over colored pencils, it will help pigments penetrate the uneveness of the paper grain, making your colors stand out more vividly. It is smooth, easy to apply and blends seamlessly.

Oil-based colored pencil, with a soft to medium-hard lead 4,0mm in diameter.

Cerfitied AP in conformance with ASTM D4236.

Please note that it may melt at high temperatures.
